Additionally he worked on sourcing hardware, Microsoft licensing with Software Assurance across the Council's estate and mobile PDA solutions for frontline staff.

Supplier selection, commercial and contractual negotiations on specific projects, mostly for public sector IT outsource accounts, including hosted e-commerce applications, build and operation of datacentres, IT professional services, mobile telecoms and broadcast technology.
